Shipping policy

Delivery

• We deliver anywhere in South Africa with Fastway and The Courier Guy.
• Delivery fees are worked out at checkout based on your parcel's size and your location.
• Free delivery on orders over R5,000.
• Most items come from our suppliers. They usually reach us in about 2 working days, and we ship them out the same day or the next working day. You'll get tracking details once your order is dispatched.
• Courier delivery times depend on your area. Main centres are usually faster than outlying areas.
• Delivery takes 3-4 working days in Joburg and 3-5 everywhere else, in South Africa after the courier collects.
